Please change to a 24V power supply! 12V will not light up and 120V will burn out the light strip.
Lights dim, not as bright as advertised.
Incorrect power supply, the power supply for a 16.4ft COB CCT LED strip should be at least 24V 108W
The lights come on, but keep switching on and off？
Power supply have over-load protection, if lack of wattage, lights will keep flicker on/off
The lights too hot that melt the plastic.
Please don’t light up when the lights in plastic reel even for seconds, The heat cannot be dissipated quickly.

[ Dimmable CCT COB LED Strip ]: Multiple white from 2700K warm to 6000K cool white color temperature adjustable and brightness smoothing dimming from 1-100%. The tunable white LED strip can meet all your needs whether you are relaxing or working.
[ High Brightness LED Strip ]: The brightness of JOYLIT 640LEDs/M COB CCT LED Strip lights is about 10000 lumen 90W, most regular COB led strip even with the same 640LEDs/M density is about 3000lm 36W, ours are 3 times brighter than other COB LED Strip. Can be used for daily lighting purpose, not just as a decorative led strip.
[ Professional Grade LED Strip]: 3OZ thick copper PCB board double layer, better than 2OZ for heat dissipation, durability and electronic conductivity. For high power led light strip, the higher the copper content, the better the stability and light decay of the lights. Lifespan 65000 hours.
[ IP65 Waterproof LED Strip ]: The COB LED strip is sealed by silicone glue up to IP65 waterproof, it can be installed anywhere even in wet places, like kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, decks, boats, etc. The silicone can protect the light strips from dust and moisture, besides this, the lighting effect is wider and brighter. The material will not crack nor turn yellowish during years of operation.
[ Reduce Eye Fatigue ]: RA>92, the closer it is to 100, the better its colour rendering and the more attractive the object looks, also protect our eyes. RA 80 colour rendering index makes the object look not natural color and vivid at all, nor comfortable eyesight. Also JOYLIT UL Listed PRO light strips are no strobe either.
[ Cuttable & Connectable ]: COB CCT LED tape is flexible and cuttable. Every 2.5CM/1IN cut without damage the rest of light strip if following the cutting sign. If you need to link it or use it in other place, please solder wires or use 3PIN 10MM CCT LED Connector.
