How strong is the scent, and what size room is it for?
In a standard 20-30 square meter living room or bedroom, it gently fills the entire space after appro 30 minutes of burning, creating a captivating ambiance. For open-plan spaces, we recommend increasing the number of candles based on the area.
Does it smell the same when burning as it does cold?
Yes. We ensure high fidelity between cold throw (unlit) and hot throw (burning). The warmth will fully release the fragrance notes, allowing you to experience a richer, warmer, and more complete olfactory journey.
What should be noted during the first combustion?
The first burn sets the candle’s “memory.” Burn for 2-3 hours on first use until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface to the container’s edges. This prevents “tunneling” (wax burning only down the center).
Why is there black smoke when I burn it?
Soot is typically caused by a wick that’s too long or a draft. Always trim wick to 1/4 inch and place the candle in a still location. Our premium cotton wicks and refined wax are designed for a clean, virtually smoke-free burn when used correctly.
